By accessing and using Smart Resize ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Smart Resize provides automated image resizing and cropping services optimized for Etsy digital art sellers. Users can upload high-resolution designs and generate multiple aspect ratios at 300 DPI.
You are responsible for the content you upload. You must own or have the necessary rights to use and resize any images you upload to the Service. Smart Resize is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of the tool.
Images uploaded to Smart Resize are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted from our servers after the generation process is complete or shortly thereafter. We do not store your original or processed images permanently. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your account settings.
Smart Resize is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profit.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
