Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ResizeFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ResizeFlow, a sole proprietorship based in Bulgaria, European Union.

2. Description of Service

ResizeFlow is a comprehensive workflow tool for digital wall art sellers. The Service provides:

• Automated Image Resizing & Cropping: Upload high-resolution designs and generate multiple aspect ratios at 300 DPI, packaged into downloadable ZIP files.
• AI Image Upscaling: Enhance image resolution using AI-powered upscaling for large-format prints.
• Mockup Generation: Render your artwork onto professional product mockup templates.
• SEO Copywriting: Generate optimized Etsy listing metadata (titles, tags, and descriptions) using AI.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibility & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload. You must own or have the necessary rights to use and resize any images you upload. ResizeFlow is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from your use of the tool.

You grant ResizeFlow a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (resizing, upscaling, mockup rendering). This license terminates when your content is deleted from our servers.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Images uploaded to ResizeFlow are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted from our servers after the generation process is complete or shortly thereafter. We do not store your original or processed images permanently. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize ResizeFlow to charge your payment method on file at the then-current subscription rate at the start of each billing period. You will be charged automatically until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until your current period expires. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Credit-Based Operations: Access to premium operations (including AI Upscaling, Mockup Exports, and SEO Copywriting runs) is subject to the monthly credit allocations defined on the active pricing page at the time of purchase. Credit usage is calculated per operation. Additional credits can be purchased through one-time top-up packages.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service, the following refund terms apply:

• Subscription plans: No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• One-time credit top-up purchases: All top-up credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as digital credits are delivered and available for use immediately upon purchase.
• Unused credits: Monthly subscription credits reset at each billing cycle and do not carry over. Top-up credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.

EU Consumers: If you are located in the European Union, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. By beginning to use the Service during this period, you acknowledge and agree that you may be charged on a pro-rata basis for the services consumed up to the point of cancellation. Refund Requests: If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or service failure, please contact us at hello@resizeflow.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or process any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or security measures.
• Upload content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content that exploits minors.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by ResizeFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. ResizeFlow claims no ownership over your content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResizeFlow from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

ResizeFlow is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResizeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall ResizeFlow's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to ResizeFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.

For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide notice through an in-app notification, email to your registered address, or by prominently posting the updated Terms on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
